Description
Vorderseite: D N IVSTINI-ANVS PP AV [Dominus Noster Iustinianus Perpetuus Augustus]. Drapierte Panzerbüste des Justinianus I. mit Diadem in der Brustansicht nach r.

Rückseite: ROMA. Im Kranz das Wertzeichen M (= 40), darüber und l. Kreuz, r. ein Stern.

Kommentar: Im Jahre 537 wurde die Münzstätte Rom durch die byzantinischen Behörden wieder eröffnet.
